What are your hours?
Our most often asked question! We are open from 10:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

What are your holiday hours?
We close on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Call us to be sure.

Where are you located?

Do you have parking?
We have off-street parking exclusively for customers along the Maple St. side of our store. Part of it is labeled as a Passenger Zone, which allows 10-minute parking, despite the confusing “No Parking” on the signs.

Do you have minimums on apparel?
With the exception of screenprint orders, Campus Connection does not have any minimums. We will do one or one million. Please allow extra time for delivery of one million piece orders.

What kind of apparel do you sell?
We carry top brands like Comfort Colors, American Apparel, Spirit Jersey, Nike, Gildan, Champion, and Russell.

How long does it take to have something made?
Campus Connection’s turnaround time varies but is often between 4-7 business days. Line jackets always take two weeks. Please keep in mind that production time does NOT include the time it takes for your order to be shipped to you. If you need your order complete by a certain date, call us toll free at 1-800-955-FRAT anytime to find out how long an order will take.

Are you licensed?
You betcha. Greek and Tulane.

Do you ship?
Absolutely. All orders placed online ship for either $8 or $12!

How can I contact you?

How long does it take to make a line jacket?
Line jackets always take two weeks from the day you pay to complete, unless they require only minimal work.

Will the pockets on my line jacket be sewn shut?
In most cases we must sew over the pocket of your line jacket, making it unusable to you.

Can I bring in my own design for the back of my line jacket?
Yes, we do this very often and our customers are always impressed. Many times we can duplicate a custom design for your jacket, however it won’t necessarily be an exact match and some details, like shading and shadowing, may get lost in the process. You must bring the image to us as clear as possible and in the actual size that would like it on your jacket, which usually means about 12” x 12” for a middle of the back design. If you can only print it small, we suggest going to Kinko’s and having it blown up. We have a minimum $20 art charge for custom designs.

I placed my order online but I never received an e-mail confirmation. What gives?
Please check your SPAM/BULK folder first to see if it’s there. If not, give us a call and we’ll be happy to check on the status.

Do you screen print?
Yeah, we know a guy.

What is the minimum for screen print orders?
24 pieces for first time orders. 12 pieces for re-orders.

Do you offer discounts for group orders?
Of course. Call us for a quote. All of the greek merchandise on our website is automatically discounted when you order 24 pieces or more.

Do you have gift cards?
Gift certificates are available and make a great gift.

Can I have my order rushed?
Sometimes we can rush an order for an extra charge depending on how busy we are. Call us to find out.

Can I bring in my own things to be embroidered?
Yes. There is a $5.00 service charge per item for anything brought in that is similar to what we sell. For more information, speak with a manager about this policy. Feel free to bring in bath towels, pillows, and sheets at no cost.

Can I bring in my own fabric?
Sure!

I have a cheaper quote from another store or website. Will you match it?
Bring us a written quote from somewhere else and we’ll either beat it, match it, or let you know you’ve got a good deal already. Either way, you win!

Do you gift wrap?
Unfortunately, no. But we sell gift bags and tissue paper.

Are you affiliated with Tulane University?
We are not, but we are happy to work closely with them, support them, and call them friends.

What is your return policy?
Assuming the item(s) are not used or damaged, Campus Connection offers full refunds in the manner in which payment was made within 30 days of purchase. Receipt must be present. If no receipt is present, Campus Connection can only offer store credit. We do not accept returns on custom apparel. We do not accept returns on sale items. 

What is the significance of Broadway Pharmacy?
That’s just our way of honoring the history of the building in which we’re located. Over 100 years old, our store was formerly the site of the Broadway Pharmacy owned by Henry and Alma Richards, rumored to be the first female pharmacist in the state of Louisiana. You can learn more about the rich history of our building right here. The Tulane football coach and his players held regular meetings in the store, and one of Tulane’s presidents, Albert Bledsoe Dinwiddie, used to come in regularly for a Coke and to talk with students. Another regular customer and friend was U.S. Rep. F. Edward Hebert, who first went to the store when he was sports editor for The Tulane Hullabaloo.
